Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, the ideal candidate will provide important and diversive administrative support to our Private Wealth Management Advisors. You will assist with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including managing calendars, arranging and organizing donor and client dinners and scheduling meetings with Family Wealth Legacy clients. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented and can multitask efficiently.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Correspond (in person, via email and by phone) with clients and our Private Wealth Management Advisors
  • Coordinate travel and events
  • Scan, print and photocopy along with mail outs
  • Understand and function within very specific email campaigns
  • Move with a positive can-do attitude and willing to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Assistance with other administrative/office management projects as needed
  • 2-3 years of Administrative experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communications skills: both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness and initiative
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities and assist others as needed
